I am looking to use Notion to generate invoices to customers for a business I am assisting with the workflow. I have a CRM, and an invoice database, as well as a customer order database.

Hi! You can use Notion Invoice to automatically generate invoices from databases. The PDF export is really clean
Notion Wizard has a $5 DB-powered Invoice template that does just this.
