I have an issue moving nested blocks using CTRL-SHIFT-ARROW. Moving causes it to go to the TOP or BOTTOM of the main list, rather than traversing through the list. Issue repeats on Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and multiple PCs. No solution from support after emails. Help.
